Why we started QB Helpline

Small and mid-sized businesses across the UK run on software. Accounting, payroll, invoicing, inventory, VAT returns. Nearly every part of your business depends on a piece of software working properly. But most businesses don’t have an IT department or a tech person on staff. When something breaks, you’re on your own.

That usually means hours on hold with a vendor’s support line, paying an expensive consultant for a fifteen-minute fix, or wasting an afternoon on trial and error. None of that works when you’ve got clients to serve and deadlines to hit.

We started QB Helpline to fix that. We’re UK-based, we know business software inside and out, and we pick up the phone. No overseas call centres, no ticket queues that drag on for days.

Our aim is simple: make business software support affordable and stress-free for every UK company that needs it.
